Having grown up in the UK where we witnessed the emergence of Neal’s Yard Dairy and its hugely positive impact on Artisan cheese making there, we feel fortunate to now live in Vermont, a state with its own heritage of cheese making, and home to some of the best and most sought after small production American Artisan Cheeses.
Our selection is dependent on what we consider to be the best cheeses available in the best condition and maturity at the time, although we always try to carry several outstanding local Vermont cheeses. www.vtcheese.com
