
European tradition inspires our breads. They are mixed and then hand shaped by our baker, a career professional and true artisan who grew up and learned his trade in France. Our loaves are European in style with a lighter but distinct texture, and an unbeatable flavor.
Our bread oven is also French, one of only a few of its type in the country.
We produce up to a dozen different breads each day at our bakery in Wilder, using only the finest King Arthur flours. They range from our renowned baguette, to our speciality breads such as Walnut Ficelle, Apple and Raisin, Garlic and Parmesan and Raisin Pecan.
