COFFEE
We buy our beans from a small Massachusetts boutique roaster in the Berkshires, Barrington Coffee Roasting Company. They are as passionate about coffee as we are about food.

Danny Meyer, the renowned New York based restauranteur (of Union Square Café, Gramercy Tavern, and Shake Shack fame), recently described them as one of the worlds four best roasters. TEA
Our teas come from two sources, Williamson and Tea Forté.

Williamson Teas, based in the UK, have been growing and selling the finest quality black teas since 1869. They supply us with English Breakfast and Earl Grey.

Tea Forté, also based in Massachusetts, was founded by Designer Peter Hewitt in 2003, and offers a wide range of Herbal and Fruit as well as White and Green teas.
